But the winner of his choice of brewha is the Ute Rider, Forrest tied him, but due to rule trois, Ute wins because he entered first... (that rule trois will get ya everytime man) good job to all... Note it was so close that if Cadel and Levi would have had a few more seconds in the TT then Polka-dot would have taken it all, with Cadel 1st and Levi 2nd...

Sweet! My preference in beverage would be a 6-pack of Coke. Boring I know but hey, there's not a better post-ride recovery drink other than chocolate milk. Which, now that I think of it, wouldn't be a bad option either...

Glycogen or brown calcium is ok, do you have a specific brand... ie Diet Coke, Cherry Coke or favorite choc. milk?
Or you could get the brew and trade it for vast quantities of Coca Cola.
